SSI’s Dual-Shear® shredder is employed in volume reduction, product destruction or primary shredding applications. These low-speed, high-torque industrial shredders are ideal for processing compressible materials such as circuit boards, metals, and many plastics that need to be “cut” in order to be sized reduced. Javelin's™ Eddy Current Separators are designed from the ground up to provide high recovery rates of 97%+. They are ideal for Electronics Recycling and excel in recovery of smaller particles.

Eddy current separators remove nonferrous metals such as aluminum, die-cast metal, and copper from nonmetallic material. Material is fed onto the conveyor belt of the separator, which moves it across the magnetic rotor where separation occurs.
